With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Herman L. Jackson Jr. of Vienna, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman L. Jackson Sr. (Jack) and Mary Jane Papsun Jackson; his cousins, Edward Papsun and Michalena Renshaw; and his nephew Michael Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Mrvelj Kropinak of Vienna; his sons, Kevin Jackson (Michele) of Twinsburg and Craig Jackson (Trisha) of Westerville; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Meghan, Delaney and Dillon; his brother Ray Jackson of Farmdale; his niece Tracey Bassett (Charles); his cousin Ed's; and also Carolyn Papsun. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many, many friends.
Later, he attended Youngstown State University and received a National Science Foundation grant to study geology and astronomy from Carlton College in Northfield, Minnesota.
