He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his children-in-law, Linda Belyus and Kevin Gustke; his grandchildren, Wesley Belyus, Meghan Meelis (Richard), Zachary Gustke, Emily Gustke, Noah Gustke and Kaden Gustke; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Belyus of Little Hocking.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
