She is survived by: her parents, Teddy Humphreys and Betty Alkire Humphreys; her husband Sam; her stepfather Oliver Paul of Keller, TX; her children, Samuel Speziale II (Becky) of Boardman, Jeanne Speziale of Boardman and Sherry Land (Joe) of Erlanger, KY; her sisters, Sue Nesterick (Dan) of Mt Pleasant, TN, Betty Youngblood (Don) of Canfield, Terri Anderson of Boulder, CO, Kathy Potemra of Norman, OK, Cathy Bivelacque of Boynton Beach, FL and Deanne Schroeder (Tim) of Keller, TX; her stepsiblings, Kathy Gunning (Jim) of Westville, IN and Tom Paul (Cindy) of Warren; her brother-in-law Joseph Speziale (Karen) of Lowellville; her grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew Mays, Gianna Speziale, Brianna Cross, Joseph, Peyton, Elijah and Walker Land; and her great grandchildren, Jonathon, Bentley and McKenzie Mays. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
