He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Strawder and Ella Davis Strawder; and his brothers, Sandard, Larry and Elwood.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marvin Strawder, Retha Rhodes, Linda Carr, Roberta Phares, Darlene Gillespie and Danna Shifflett (Pete Burns). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Social distancing will be maintained and masks are required for those attending the service.
