He is survived by: his parents, Joey Wayne and Mickey Mae Perkins (Smith); his wife Angela Sue Perkins (Wilbur) of Vickery; his son Michael Davis of Vickery; his sister Chasidy Kendel Engler (Jason) of Vickery; his grandmother Artie Perkins of Clyde; and also Riley.
