He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Pence); his children, Holly Vincent (James) of Henderson, Kentucky, Steve Perry (Carol) of Powder Springs, Georgia, Eric Perry (Jennifer) of Sylvania and Chad Perry (Melissa) of Sylvania; his stepchildren, David Woessner (Patricia) of Peru, Indiana, Amy Miller (Joe) of Vickery and Wendy Nitschke (Brian) of Sandusky; and his sister-in-law Eilene Perry.
