It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd E. Barcus of Vickery, Ohio, born in Mount Vernon, Ohio, who passed away on November 4, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Elvin and Dorothy Louise Barcus (Porter); his granddaughter Kirsten Johnston; and his siblings, Laura Hoover and Paul Barcus.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Bentley (Brian) of Castalia, Sarah Lucio (Dustin Steele) of Clyde, Rachel Firstenberger (Ted) of Fremont, Emilie Barcus (Wyitney Port) of Anamosa, IA and Lloyd E. "Boomer" Barcus of Vickery; his siblings, Patricia Artino (Dan) of Sandusky, Richard Barcus (Molly) of Norwalk and Joshua Barcus (Beth) of Sandusky; and his sister-in-law Janet Barcus of Port Clinton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
