He is survived by: his wife Maribel Meggitt (Abarrasoso); his son Jimmy Meggitt; his mother Elizabeth "Betty" Meggitt (Dideon); and his siblings, Marie Greene, Bruce Meggitt (Vicki) and Edward Meggitt Jr (Brenda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
