He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Berlekamp and Rosemary Berlekamp (Christiansen); and his wife Linda M. Berlekamp (Mazza). He is survived by: his children, Benjamin H. Berlekamp (Julie) of Vickery and Christa R. Berlekamp (Ryan Griggs) of Sandusky; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Linda and Michael. He is also survived by his cousins and other relatives.
