He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Hulsey, William and Julia Kubas; his aunt Marilyn Foster (Kubas); his uncle Jameson Hulsey; and his grandparents, Russell and Gail Smith.
He is survived by: his parents, Gary A Smith Sr. (Tina) and Kelley Kubas; his stepfather William Kubas; his grandmother Pauline Hulsey; his siblings, William Kubas (Tye) and Sacha Kubas (Jay Grimm); his nieces and nephews, Aerionna, Christopher, Sophia and James; his siblings, Jessica White (Nathan) and Charlie Antich (Rebecca); his stepsister Erica Petro (Israel); and also Derrick Robison (Angela). He is also survived by children; and many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
