She is survived by: her mother Geraldine Roberts (Heaton) of Greenville; her close friend Frank Schmidt; her children, Benjamin Michael Williams (Erin) and Jessica Williams Baltes (Matthew) of Versailles; her stepchildren, Scott Christopher Sheffer (Thresa) of Auburndale, FL and Tracy Diane Sheffer (Lesa Honn) of Union City, IN; her brothers, Daniel Roberts of Washington Courthouse and Eric N. Roberts of Greenville; and her grandsons, Steven, Clayton Sheffer, Logan, Noah Baltes, Cole, Kane and Elijah Williams.

Memorials to honor Shirley may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church.
