She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Carl and Eleanor Lillard (Suber); her husband William W. Cornell; her sons, Randy Jeffery and Mark; her siblings, David Lillard, Paul Lillard, Raymond Lillard and Barbara Levan; and her son-in-law Jonathon Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Jones of Sidney and Dan Jarrett (Mary) of Bellbrook. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Joyce's memory.
