He is survived by: his wife Terri Barthel; his children, Stacey Barthel of Bamebridge, OH, Sherrie Mayer of Louisville, KY, Summer Warzinik (Jamie) of Vermilion, OH and Thomas Barthel (Laura) of Richmond, KY; his grandchildren, Kortney Graziino (Korey), Dalton Edwards, Dylan Mayer, Brinklie Mayer, Emma Barthel, Whitley Barthel, Kimber Warzinik, AJ Mathis and Kash Warzinik; his great grandchildren, Brodie, Liliana and Taylin; and his siblings, Mary Henson (Lenny), Chris Martin (Ed) and Bill Barthel (Linda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
