He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cooke and Shirley Cooke (MacKeigan); and his sister Barbara Jakubisin. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cooke (Gossett-Mayer); his children, Nathan Cooke, Cheryl Madak (Robert), Aaron Cooke (Adriana), Ronnie Mayer (Stacey), Brandy Mayer, Scott Mayer and Brad Mayer (Liz); his grandchildren, Finnegan, Weston, Tristan, Thorton, Evelyn and Madelyn; his siblings, James Cooke (Jan) and Janet Leise (Dave); and his brother-in-law Paul Jakubisin.
In lieu of flowers, Ted would have liked donations to go to the "Worldwide Work" of Jehovah's Witnesses at donate.jw.org which can then be used in various ways and to help as "disaster relief" for many.
