She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Janik; her parents, Karl Lozinski and Helena Lozinski; and her siblings, Walter Lozinski and Olga Przybylowicz.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Bartlome (Douglas) of Vermilion and Paul Janik (Cathy) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Hannah Bartlome, Sarah Bartlome and Oliver Janik; her niece Christine Consiglero; her nephews, Stan Przybylowicz and Andrew Przybylowicz; her cousins, Maria, Stasia, Pete and Anna; and her friend Karen Aavik.
