She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Kraynak (Lutsock) and George Kraynak; her husband Dr. Carl F. Oestermeyer, III; and her siblings, Charlotte Stickney (Kraynak), Elizabeth Marino (Kraynak), Thomas, Robert, William, Rudolph, George Robert and Richard Kraynak.
She is survived by: her children, Scot Hafko (Amy) of Rocky River and Melanie Hafko of Vermilion; her stepdaughters, Katie Oestermeyer Kosobud (Kevin) and Caroline Oestermeyer; her grandchildren, Alyssa Kudrna (Trevor), Kellie Dellinger (Paul), Alexander Hafko, Devin Hafko, Sabrina Hafko, Erica Hafko and Michael Hafko; and her great grandchildren, Everette Dellinger, Paige Dellinger, Mabel Kudrna and Hannah Kudrna. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
