We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2021, at the age of 61, Scott V. Hackenberg of Vermilion, Ohio, born in Lorain, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John V. Hackenberg; his stepmother Maryanne Hackenberg; and his stepsister Dawn McCreery. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Hackenberg of Vermilion; his children, Scott V. Hackenberg, Jr. of Vermilion, Jennifer M. Hackenberg of Vermilion and Kenneth J. Hackenberg of Vermilion; his grandchildren, Jakob and Daniel; his mother Dorothy Hackenberg of Vermilion; his siblings, Cynthia Hackenberg of Vermilion and Thomas Hackenberg (Marsha) of Huron; and his stepbrother Robert McCreery (Niki) of Wellington. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandsons.
Friends and family who want to come are welcome to attend, but due to Covid-19, we are asking that people be careful to maintain social distancing, wear masks, and refrain from embracing.
