He was predeceased by: his son Russell "Rusty" Louk; his parents, Charles Louk and Delcia Louk; his granddaughter Kristina Bernard; and his brothers, Bryan Louk, Charles Louk, Virgil Louk, Don Louk and Gary Louk.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Jerry" Louk of Vermilion; his daughters, Tammy Swindle (Johnny) of Ponchatoula, LA and Shannon Garrett (Matt) of The Dalles, OR; his grandsons, Stephon Louk and Seth Louk; his great grandchild Adley Louk; and his siblings, Richard Louk, Bob Louk and Nancy Barr.
