She was predeceased by: her former husband Steven A. Luster; her husband John Osko; her children, David F. Luster, Sr. and Shirley Ann Luster; and her brothers, John and Earl Garrett.
She is survived by: her son Steve Luster (Cyndie) of Vermilion; and her sisters, Carol Green of Portsmouth and Nellie Mae Day of Paintsville, KY.. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren; 18 great great grandchildren.
