He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann Millis; his parents, Michael Millis and Mildred Millis; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" M. Millis, Ruth Pfistner and Barbara Finucan.
He is survived by: his son Mark Millis (EmmaLou) of Vermilion; his grandson Devin Douglas (Kerri); his great grandchild Giada Douglas; and his sister Rheeta Beeler (Norm) of Amherst. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
