He was predeceased by: his parents, Olan C. Burchett and Lillian Burchett (Mathews). He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Burchett of Vermilion; his daughters, Stefanie Balicki (Jeromy) of Lorain and Kimberly Burchett of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Abigail, Andrew Balicki, Jackson, Marissa and Jesse Harrell; his sisters, Barbara Eddy (Richard) of Florida and Deborah Burns (Gordan) of South Carolina; his niece Nichole Ehrbar; and his nephews, Brian, David, Greg Eddy, Joseph, Jared and Joshua Price.
