He is survived by: his wife Barbara Neiding of Vermilion; his children, Kelly Riggs (Jim) of Bedford, KY, Kathy Hohler (Rick) of Monroeville, Robert Church of Lima and Michael Waterbury (Dawn) of VanWyck, SC; and his siblings, Norma Knipper of Elyria, Patricia Strait of Vermilion, Bruce Neiding of Avon Lake and Diane Hollis of New York. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
