It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Flaim of Vermilion, Ohio, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Flaim and Nellie Flaim; his former wife Pauline Flaim; his brother Robert; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Flaim and Edward Lucas.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Christensen Flaim of Brookeland, Texas; his daughters, Paulette Hall of Lakeland, Valerie Boettcher of Lakeland and Darlene Pine (Donald) of Vermilion, Ohio; his sister Sylvia Lucas of Johnstown, Pennsylvania; his grandson Matthew Fox (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Myla and Owen; his stepchildren, Jeffrey Schroeder of Salinas and Dana Perry (Peter) of Glendale, Arizona; and his stepgranddaughters, Ruth and Esther Perry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
