He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Adams and Hazel J. Adams; his daughter Tammy Lynn Farley; and his sister Hazel A Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Dreama Adams of Vermilion; his children, James Michael Adams of Berlin Hts, Andrew Adams (Jennifer) of Mt. Airy, NC and Alanna Louise O'Bryon of Vermilion; his grandchildren, Brennon Farley, Nick Farley, Jessica Schmidt (Daniel), Jon Adams, Joseph Adams, Alyssa Langdon (Ryan), William O'Bryon, Abigail Spencer, Caleb Adams and Cameron Adams; and his great grandchildren, Skyler, Ava, Ellie, Addie, Austin and Skylar.
