He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry D. Kuba and Darlene M. Kuba; his brother David L. Kuba; and his grandparents, Charles, Nina Kuba, George and Virginia Towne.
He is survived by: his children, Danielle Saridakis (Eddie) of Vermilion and Derek Kuba (Sara) of Vermilion; his siblings, Laurie Turner (Elbert) of Vermilion and Scott Kuba of Riverside, CA; his granddaughters, Madilyn, Nina, Olivia Saridakis of Vermilion and Harper Kuba of Vermilion; his nieces, Ashley Turner of Vermilion, Chloe Kuba Morin and Edin Brudi of California; and the mother of his children Kimberly Kuzak. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins as well as close friends.
