It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Lee Floom of Vermilion, Ohio, born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Dan Perrin and Jeannine C. Morrison; and her siblings, Jeff Perrin and Patti L Paul. She is survived by: her husband Ivan A. Floom of Vermilion; her daughters, Carrie Rogan (Robert) of Loveland, OH and Stacey Surnear (Kevin) of Canton, OH; her grandchildren, Jax, Ellie, Gabbie, Emma, Chael and Arianna; and her sister Polly Weber (Alan) of Columbus. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be collected for Kingston Healthcare of Vermilion.
