She is survived by: her husband Gary Arbogast of Vermilion; her daughter Kim Estep (Frank II) of Vermilion; her brother Carl Weaver (Ingrid); her grandchildren, Frank III (Skyler Allen) and Jesse Estep; and her great grandchildren, Cameron, Isabella and James Estep.
