She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor and Cecilia; her husband Clyde; her sisters, Catherine Forthofer and Loretta Stanko; her sister-in-law Jean Meecha; her brothers, Albert, Dan and Jerry; and her brothers-in-law, George Boals, Steve Stanko, LaVerne Forthofer and James Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Jeavons (Jim) and Byron Horner (Clarann); her sisters, Evelyn Boals and Joan Payne; her sister-in-law Kay Meecha; her grandchildren, Carrie Miller (Casey), Heather Holley (Chuck), Leslie Horner (Robbie Faucette) and Jimmy Jeavons, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Regan Miller, Dillon Miller, Shelby Miller and Haylen Holley.
