She is survived by: her children, Dennis Provenza (Anita Hebebrand) of Elyria and Jean Worden (Dirk) of Huron; her grandchildren, Gregg Provenza, Kurt Provenza, Carrie Turner (John), Amy McLelland (Mac) and Karli O'Brien (Ed); her great grandchildren, Conner, Emma Marie and Collin; her sisters-in-law, Josie Gasser and Rita Spinale; and her friend Frances Trigilio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
