She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Lence; her parents, Earl Hamrick and Lerlyn Hamrick; her son David; and her sisters, Betty Lou Hamrick, Pearl Hamrick and Freda Hamrick.

She is survived by: her children, Scott Lence (Amy) and Julie Lence; and her grandchildren, Margo and Gavin Lence.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Riddle Funeral Home (5345 South St, Vermilion, OH 44089). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
