She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Karl Schmidt; her son Kenneth John Schmidt; her parents, Leonard "Lee" Brill and Cecelia Brill; her children-in-law, Susan K Schmidt and Jerome Green; and her grandson Ty Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Schmidt (Kathy) of Vermilion and Janet Schmidt Green of Vermilion; her daughter-in-law Vickie Schmidt of Lorain; her grandchildren, Nicholas Sheridan, Katie Picha (Brent) and Mike Schmidt; her great grandchildren, Aubreigh Sheridan and Slade Picha; her brother Leonard Brill of Vermilion; and her nieces, Pat Brill and Leslie Brill of Vermilion.
Inurnment will follow at Brownhelm Cemetery, Vermilion, OH The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Mary Parish, 731 Exchange Street, Vermilion, OH 44089.
