We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2022, at the age of 87, Lucille R. Root of Vermilion, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer "Richard" Root; her children, Richard Root and Linda Zander; her parents, Elko Pohorecki and Rose Pohorecki; and her stepson Danny Root.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Pabon (Joe) of Vermilion and Ted Root of Dallas, GA.; her grandchildren, Joshua (Bree), Jacob Vargo (Rachel), Michael, Matthew Burgraff (Nicole), Brian, Hanna Root, Crystal Kennedy (Thomas), Adam Root, Alyssa Brown (Eric), Amanda Jarvis, Cindy and Tim Root; her stepdaughter Debbie Roughton; her stepgranddaughters, Katy and Lisa Roughton; and her grandson Daniel. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
