She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kaiser and Janice Kaiser. She is survived by: her husband Reed Church of Vermilion; her sons, Alex Farschman of Clinton, TN, Andrew Farschman (Cheri Hardt) of Lakewood and Aaron Farschman of Louisville, KY; and her brother Joseph Kaiser (Kathy).
