He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Metcalf; his parents, Raymond G. Metcalf and Mona Metcalf; and his brother Gilbert S. Metcalf. He is survived by: his children, Christine Skelskey (Thomas) of Hilliard and Daniel Metcalf of El Cajon, CA; his grandsons, Nathan Skelskey (Kendall), Nicholas Skelskey and Andrew Metcalf; and his sister Donna Roof-Suain (Dan).
