He was predeceased by: his father Frank Allen Staszak; and his grandparents, Joseph, Mona Staszak and Geraldine Toth. He is survived by: his wife Nicole Staszak; his daughters, Brooklyn and Allison Staszak; his mother Barbara Staszak of Vermilion; his sister Melanie Timko of Austin, TX; his nephew Alexander; and his niece Gabriella.
