It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Spain of Vermilion, Ohio, born in Glouster, Ohio, who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Spain; and his parents, Joseph Spain and Felippa Spain. He is survived by: his children, Randy Spain of North Carolina, John Spain, Jr. of Amherst, Gina Pool (Terry) of Amherst and Caroline Tallman (Marc) of Wakeman; his grandchildren, David Spain, Jeremy Spain, Tiffany Gutierrez, Joshua Spain, Jennifer Kadow, Daniel Pool, Brittany Keating and Anthony Zunt; and his brother Frederick Spain of New Jersey. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests the donations be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
