John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Fogarty; his parents, Leonard G. Fogarty and Margaret Fogarty; his daughters, Peggy Hunt and Jean Hedelsky; and his brother Lawrence R Fogarty.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Fogarty (Mary Ellen), Kathy Bowen, Jack Fogarty (Jen), Tim Fogarty (Leslie), Mary Cabot (Rocky), Karen Porchetta (Keith) and Louise Fogarty (Zak Boggs); and his sister Mary Jo Miceli. He is also survived by many many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
A Mass was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Catholic Parish (731 Exchange St, Vermilion, OH 44089).
