He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Sue (Miller); his children, Adam J Yakovich (Mellissa) of Columbus, Katie Driver (Roger) of Vermilion and Kristie (Bryant Mayo) of Palm Coast, FL; his grandchildren, Layna, Maycie, Cove, Shayde, Coral, Luna and Crest; his brothers, James Yakovich (Jeanne) of Amherst and Jack Yakovich (Nancy) of Lorain; and his siblings-in-law, Doug Miller of Plymouth, MI, Karen and Harry Caudill of Marion Oh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
