He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Hook and Caroline Hook; and his sister Maureen R. Stanfield. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hook; his sons, Brian (Donna) of Beaufort, SC, David of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Darrin (Leslie) of Eden Prairie, MN.; his grandchildren, Lauren, Allison, Benjamin, Nathaniel and Ethan; and his great grandchild Mary Marshall.
