She is survived by: her children, Cindy Traster (Wayne) of Lorain, Wanda Fall (Rick) of Maumee, Kathy Logsdon of Huron, Ohio and Charlie A. Meadows Jr. of Vermilion, Ohio; her siblings, Lacy Simmons, Velma Lance, Judy Simmons, George Simmons (Edna), Sally George, Perry Simmons (Linda) and Bonnie Davis; and her sister-in-law Treva Simmons of Franklin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
