He is survived by: his wife Sharon Velasquez of Vermilion; his daughter Stacie Velasquez of Avon; his stepdaughters, Carrie Jenkins (Dale) of Concord, NC and Sally Breeding (Greg) of Amherst, OH; his grandchildren, Christopher, Tyler, Samantha, Gregory II, Gabrielle, Dennis, Kaleb, Tanner and Dylan; and his siblings, Joe Velasquez (Peggi) of Vermilion, Elizabeth Roman (John) of Houston, TX and Jeanette Garcia (Tim) of Wellington, OH.. He is also survived by three great-grandchild.
