He is survived by: his wife Teresa Goforth of Vermilion; his daughter Heather Smith (Tron) of Huron; his grandson David Smith; his sisters, Gail Annacarto (Joe) and Diana Paciottti (Bob) of Avon; and his niece Lori LaLonde (Melissa).
