He was predeceased by: his wife Harriett Ann Finnegan; and his parents, Farrell John and Gertrude Anna Finnegan. He is survived by: his daughter Kerry Ann Raber (Robert) of Morgantown, WV; his stepdaughters, Tammi Baker of Vermilion, Kim Clark of Vermilion and Dana Ingram of Vermilion; his grandchildren, Zachary Johnson (Megan), Jordan Raber (Heather), Madison Raber, Amy Scott (Ralph), Caralise Bunn (James), AJ Baker, RJ Ingram (Michael) and Andy Ingram (Lucy); and his siblings, Michael H Finnegan (Susan) of Berlin Heights, OH, Patrick W. Finnegan (Carol) of Henrietta Twp, OH and Mary Rennie (Gerald Burrer) of Henrietta, OH.. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
