She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Holbrook; her son William Holbrook; and her parents, Willie and Martin of Maryland. She is survived by: her children, Rose Donna Dziak (Richard) of Vermilion, Judy Campbell (James) of Vermilion, Paul Randall Holbrook of Amherst and John Wayne Holbrook (Monica) of Wilmington, OH.. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

The family requests memorial contributions to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
