She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl F. Shields, Sr. and Ileta Blanche Shields; her husband Charles Kyle; her siblings, Cathleen Klier, Sarann Schnitzler Snyder, Earl F Shields, Jr. and Bonnie Golden; and her nephew Charles Jenkins.
In lieu of flowers, she requested donations to be made to the First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Lorain, Friendship APL Elyria, or St. Jude's Research Hospital, Memphis TN.
