He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fischer and Ruth Fischer; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fischer of Vermilion; his daughter Elizabeth "Beth" Russell (Andrew Russell) of Vermilion; his sister Lynn Tucker; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Whitt and Richard Whitt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the VFW Post # 7576 (7576 Poorman Rd, Vermilion, OH 44089).
