She was predeceased by: her husband George E. Phillips; her parents, Louis Kuhn and Margaret Kuhn; and her sisters, Lois Zwald and Marcie Volpe.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Luke of North Ridgeville and Stephanie Lukovics of Vermilion; her stepsons, David, Daniel Phillips of Vermilion and Darren Phillips of Indian Lake; her grandchildren, Terren Paine (Tim) of Vermilion, Stacey Maczulis of Naples, FL, Megan Wasmer-Coan (Tim) of Denver, CO, Michael Wasmer of Naples, FL and Miles Bakley of Naples, FL; and her great grandchildren, Makenzie and Macie Paine of Vermilion.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Mary Church, 731 Exchange Street, Vermilion, OH 44089 in lieu of flowers.
