He was predeceased by: his former wife Janet Sablack; his wife Myra Elizabeth Sablack; his parents, Maxwell Sablack and Anna Hurd; his stepfather Harold Hurd; his son Daniel Sablack; and his granddaughter Joy Sablack.
He is survived by: his children, Dwight Sablack (Kristy Jenkins) of Lorain and June James (Brian) of Lyndhurst; his grandchildren, Jordan, Dana and Cecilia; and his sisters, Ronda Gregg (Ken) of New Hampshire, Annette McCarty (Ed) of Henrietta Twp, Mary Waltz, Marie Banks of Grafton and Sandra Ferguson (Mark) of Sandusky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
