He is survived by: his wife Alicia Cico-Parsons of Vermilion; his sons, Tyler Reid Parsons of Vermilion, James Blake Parsons of Vermilion, Clifford Allen Parsons II of Vermilion and Aiden Adams of Vermilion; his parents, Donald Parsons and Karen Parsons of Vermilion; his siblings, Nathan Parsons (Amy) of Fernandina Beach, FL and Christy Parsons (Gene Koeth) of Vermilion; his father-in-law Dave Henry of Vermilion; his brother-in-law Anthony Cico of Vermilion; and his nieces and nephews, Mira Parsons, Graham Parsons, Savannah Kuntz, Dylan Kuntz, Leah Cico, Ava Cico and Jace Cico.
