“I would joke that I knew him before he was 'Chaz' (Chuck), getting my first haircut with him in the fall of 1976. He was a good man, a friend, a loving father and husband. We recently talked about how his daughters were growing up and his oldest was preparing for college. He was so proud of both his daughters. I always looked forward to seeing him for my haircuts so we could "shoot the breeze" a little, and our New Years "toast." I will miss him dearly, thinking and praying for his family.”
